We just celebrated the christening of Keystone Edition's new Takach Litho Press.
Sarah and Uli aren't called Master Printers for nothin'. They know their shit, and it's so beautiful to watch people work in a craft that they know so well. Not only have they taken me on (patiently, I'm sure) as an assistant, they are HILARIOUS and have helped take care of me here in so many ways.
I get to work with cool people, help make interesting work, have parties to honour new presses (that's Santa Juana, in the red), have the time, space and resources to make my own stuff and occasionally drink on the job (!). Life's good.
Hmm I feel like I need to acknowledge the fact that I haven't been writing too much lately. Been busy! I'll explain soon. But I'm going to distract you from your disappointment with a song:
Walking around the city with this coming through my headphones, I straight up strut. I wonder if passersby notice.
